Position Summary

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with strong technical depth and excellent communication skills to support the sales team by delivering high-impact technical demonstrations of our cybersecurity products. This role bridges technical expertise and business value, helping prospects understand how our solutions address real world security challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver live and remote technical product demonstrations to prospects and customers
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, value-driven messaging for technical and nontechnical audiences
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support deal cycles
• Understand customer requirements and map them to product capabilities
• Respond to technical queries during sales discussions, demos, and evaluations
• Assist with proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations when required
• Maintain strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, threats, and industry terminology
• Create and maintain demo environments, presentation assets, and technical documentation

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using technical jargon while adapting language to the audience
• Proven ability to present confidently to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Experience conducting product demos and explaining technical workflows
