Role Overview

Act as the gateway between potential customers and the sales team—identifying leads, understanding client needs, presenting property solutions, and ensuring smooth transition through the sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

Customer & Market Perspective

  • Respond to inbound enquiries via calls, emails, property portals, or walk-ins, and generate outbound leads through telecalling.
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs, budget, preferences (location, property type), and expectations.
  • Present project details, pricing, benefits, floor plans, and payment plans to prospects and explain market context.
  • Schedule and follow up on site visits, ensuring leads convert into visits and eventually sales.
  • Handle client queries and objections with clarity and professionalism.
