Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Presales Professional with proven
expertise in bid management, proposal development, and client engagement. The ideal
candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing, analysing, and presenting proposals for Ed-
Tech solutions to both Government and Non-Government clients. This role requires a blend
of technical acumen, business strategy, and strong communication skills to support the sales
cycle and drive organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and respond to EOI/RFI/RFP/RFQpublished by Government and Non-
Government departments for Ed-Tech solutions.
Conduct feasibility analysisof bids/proposals (technical and commercial).
Develop win strategiesby identifying value propositions and articulating
organizational differentiation after studying the competitive landscape.
Research and prepare reports on ongoing market and industry trends.
Draft and deliver Statements of Work (SOWs)detailing technical and commercial
proposals.
Manage and participate in client and vendor discussionseffectively.
Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Technical teamsto prepare compelling
proposals.
Create and maintain documents and presentations including collaterals, case
studies, and decksfor client visits and business pitches.
Education &Experience
Educational Qualification: Engineering graduate / MBA with strong technical acumen.
Total Experience: Minimum 5 years.
Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in presales/proposal/bid management,
preferably in the Ed-Tech or IT services sector.
Skills & Competencies
68 years of hands-on experience in Proposal/Bid Management.
Strong understanding of the Government procurement process.
Proficiency in estimation techniques, pricing models, and commercial structuring.
Familiarity with lead generation, presales cycle, bid management, project execution,
and client support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skillswith a strong command over
English.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and collaborate across teams.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
