Job Description- Presales Lead – Utilities

Location – Noida, Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of presales professionals and drive vertical growth including deal solutioning, end-to-end RFP/ RFI/ RFX processes, bid management and proposal creation.
  • Work with the Sales & Delivery team to identify win themes for the pursuit based on client objectives.
  • Create integrated solutions based on the above themes using a disparate variety of technologies and components.
  • Develop the overall deal solution by integrating multiple internal business units to develop deal-specific solution components in order to create a differentiated approach to prospects' needs.
  • Ability to create transition solutions and conduct due diligence exercises as and when required.
  • Lead/Create proposal content and deliver client presentations in order to help close deals by building credibility and comfort with the client.
  • Manage diverse agendas of multiple stakeholders to successfully meet client expectations in multi-tower large deal pursuits.
  • Lead all aspects of plan development, tracking and course correction in order to ensure that quality proposal deliverables are created in a timely manner.
  • Provide expertise and support in the development of proposals including technical specifications, pricing and project timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry, including OEMs and engineering firms.

Requirements:

  • 25+ years of experience in presales or technical sales role in E&U industry.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies and best practices in Utility domain.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Utility processes and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or related field.
  • Exposure to global market (USA/Canada/Europe)
