- Oversee end-to-end lead management from multiple sources (digital campaigns, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals).
- Ensure prompt lead allocation, follow-ups, and qualification as per defined SLAs.
- Drive conversion of enquiries into site visits and bookings through structured follow-up strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Pre-Sales / CRM executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, call quality, and customer handling.
- Handle high-value or escalated customer interactions professionally.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction history in the CRM system.
