Role Summary
Sales-oriented pre-sales leader responsible for driving, shaping, and closing managed services opportunities across Infrastructure, Software, and Application Support. Partners with Account Managers and Delivery to create outcome-based solutions with clear commercial and operational value.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive pipeline growth and deal closure for Managed Services opportunities
• Partner with Account Managers on account strategy, opportunity qualification, and pursuit execution
• Lead client discovery and solutioning focused on measurable outcomes (cost, stability, scalability, experience)
• Define managed services scope, operating models, SLAs, KPIs, and governance
