Job Title: Presales / Solutioning – Business Development (US Market)

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business development initiatives focused on the US market. The role involves market analysis, opportunity assessment, proposal support, and coordination with sales and delivery teams. The Business Analyst will help identify growth opportunities, analyze client requirements, and support go-to-market and sales strategies for the US region.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze US market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Support business development and sales teams with opportunity analysis

Gather and document client requirements for proposals and solutions

Assist in preparation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and pitch decks

Conduct pricing analysis, market sizing, and revenue forecasting

Coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs

Track sales pipeline, KPIs, and business performance metrics

Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation

Required Skills

Experience as a Business Analyst or in business development support roles

Strong understanding of the US market and client engagement models

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills

Strong analytical and research capabilities

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

Experience working with US-based clients

Knowledge of IT services, consulting, or technology solutions

Understanding of pricing models, contracts, and revenue forecasting

MBA or Business Analyst certification (CBAP/CCBA)

Education

Master’s in business administration - Marketing, Finance, or related field

Visa Requirement

Valid USA B1/B2 Business Visa (Preferred)
