We are looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst to be the definitive source of truth for our product. You aren't just "answering questions";
you are building the foundation of trust that allows our sales team to win. You’ll sit at the heart of our pre-sales operations, ensuring our technical and security narratives are as compelling as our marketing ones.
The Mission: What you’ll actually be doing.
- The RFP Maestro: You will own the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires. You’ll transform dense technical queries into clear, persuasive answers that prove why Paperflite is the right choice.
- Compliance & Trust: You’ll manage our SOC2 compliance documentation and internal policies. You ensure that when a prospect asks about our security posture, we don't just send a file—we send confidence.
- The Intelligence Hub: You’ll create and maintain "Battlecards"—distilling complex competitor analysis into actionable insights that help our sales team navigate any conversation.
- Knowledge Custodian: You will build and scale a central repository of product truths. As our product evolves, you ensure our responses remain sharp, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to stay ahead of the curve on new features and industry standards.
The Checklist: Are you the one?
- Precision-Minded: You have a high attention to detail. You’re the person who catches the missing comma in a 50-page security audit and realizes it changes the meaning of the sentence.
- The "Translator": You can take complex technical specs from an engineer and turn them into a "human-readable" response that a procurement officer can understand.
- Process-Driven: You love a good system. You aren't just looking to answer one RFP;
you’re looking to builda process that makes the next ten RFPs easier to handle. - Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) the language of B2B SaaS, security protocols, and sales enablement.
- Composed Under Pressure: You enjoy the "puzzle" of a deadline-driven RFP and can manage multiple stakeholders without losing your cool.
- Experience: Ideally, we’d prefer someone with about 3 to 5 years of experience of ‘been there’ and ‘done that’ but if you feel you have relevant experience but has fast racked to apply your learnings here, please stitch your story along with the application.
