Job Description
1. Presales Enablement:
•Develop proposals, RFPs, and capability presentations / POVs that highlights Indium’s best in
class capabilities, technical and domain expertise and value propositions
•Support sales teams by articulating the business and technical value of Indium’s services /
solutions to clients and prospects
•Research on GCC market and prospects with creation of capability pitches / proposals aligned
to GCC industry trends and client specific needs
3. Solution Workshops:
•Work closely with service lines, solution architects, Delivery POCs and domain SMEs to
create customized solutions for clients based on specific problem statements
•Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and war rooms for proposal responses
•Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment of proposal pitches with execution
capabilities
4. Knowledge Management:
•Drive the creation and curation of knowledge repositories to house the latest and greatest
proposals and capability pitches
•Lead efforts to document and disseminate success stories, case studies, and reusable assets for
internal and external use
5. Business Growth Enablement:
•Identifying industry trends, target ICPs, suggest innovative outreach methods for prospects
•Bring in thought leadership to position our partners and in house accelerators / solutions to
clients
Key Qualifications
Experience:
•5-6 years of overall experience with 2-3 years of min. experience in presales or solution
consulting roles within IT services
•Proven record of working on large proposals, RFPs and capability pitches
Skills:
•Strong presales expertise, including solutioning, proposal writing, client presentations and MS
office skills
•Ability to learn and articulate technology solutions by working alongside Solution Architects
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
•Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for further growth
•Proficiency in knowledge management and maintaining knowledge assets
•Sound understanding of the GCC and India market, knowledge of GCC Set up, Operating
Model, Commercial models etc. (Nice to have)

•Results-driven with strong project management skills
•Innovative approach to problem-solving and business development
•Flexible, Own deliverables and have a reputation of delivering quality on agreed timelines.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - MBA is
desirable
