Presales Specialist

As a Carrier Operations Specialist, you support the B2B Carrier & Wholesale team with a mix of customer facing, order handling, presales support, documentation, and internal coordination. You help translate customer needs into clear solutions, ensure smooth processing of incoming carrier orders and change requests, and contribute to improving workflows and documentation standards in line with ISO requirements.
You also play a role in preparing and co‑organizing our yearly Carrier Event.
