Location: Mohali (Phase-8 B)

Work Timings: 2pm to 11pm / 6pm to 3am

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented RFP / Pre-Sales Analyst to support proposal development for US Federal, State, and Local Government opportunities. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and coordinating RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from government procurement portals and ensuring timely, compliant proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and monitor federal opportunities through portals such as SAM.gov, Gov Win, GSA e Buy, state and local procurement sites
Analyze solicitation documents to assess scope, eligibility, compliance requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria
Prepare RFP summaries, compliance matrices, and go/no-go analysis for leadership review
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Compliance) to collect proposal inputs
Manage proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, and final submissions
Ensure strict adherence to Section L & M instructions, formatting guidelines, and submission requirements
Support drafting, editing, and formatting of proposal responses, resumes, and past performance sections
Coordinate with subcontractors, teaming partners, and vendors for documentation, certifications, and inputs
Assist in managing teaming agreements, NDAs, and partner compliance requirements
Participate in proposal reviews and incorporate feedback to improve proposal quality
Support post-submission clarifications, Q&A, and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate RFP trackers, bid pipelines, and proposal repositories
Contribute to proposal process improvements and win/loss analysis
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Federal RFP, Pre-Sales, or Proposal Coordination roles
Strong understanding of the US federal procurement lifecycle
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and federal compliance standards
Excellent written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
