Title: Technical SPOC — Architecture, Estimates & Project Planning

Location: Kavuri Hills, Madhapur

Employment Type: Fulltime /Freelancing

Role summary::

As the Technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) you will lead all technical documentation and delivery planning activities for proposal responses and project engagements. You will author and maintain architecture artifacts, prepare detailed work estimates and resource plans, build WBS and project schedules, and act as the primary technical liaison between presales, delivery teams, partners, and the client.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical SPOC for proposals and pre-bid / client technical queries; own technical coordination and responses.

Produce and maintain solution architecture artifacts: conceptual, logical and physical architecture, integration diagrams, data flow, interface specifications and architecture decision records.

Develop comprehensive work estimates (labor hours by skill category), resource requirements, staffing schedules and a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for proposals and project plans.

Create MS Project schedules and/or Agile release plans, establish milestones, deliverables, and resource assignments; maintain baseline and change-control.

Provide sizing/estimation for development, testing, integration, data migration and operational tasks; document assumptions, risks and contingency.

Coordinate subject matter experts (SMEs), gather technical inputs, and consolidate responses for proposals and technical deliverables.

Ensure compliance and security considerations are incorporated into architecture and documentation (HIPAA, PHI/PII, NIST/FedRAMP as applicable).

Prepare technical sections of proposals, SOWs, technical appendices, RTMs and architecture annexes.

Maintain a repository of technical artifacts (Visio/Archi/Lucid/Confluence) and ensure document versioning and traceability.

Support delivery transition: create runbooks, operational handover docs, knowledge transfer sessions and runbook/DR/BAU artifacts.
