Key Responsibilities:

Oversees curriculum, ECDA licensing compliance

Curriculum & Instruction: Develop, implement, and monitor developmentally appropriate bilingual curriculum & key centre programs

Compliances Administration: Prepare reports, manage data, handle compliance (licensing), support grant applications, and contribute to strategic planning and evaluation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education: DPL

Experience: Leadership, management, and direct teaching in early childhood

Knowledge: Best practices in ECE, relevant licensing regulations (e.g., SPARK in Singapore), and curriculum frameworks.
