Key Responsibilities

Classroom & Teaching:

• Implement Montessori-based teaching methods aligned with lesson plans and curriculum
• Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centric classroom environment
• Observe, guide, and support children’s academic, emotional, and social development
• Use age-appropriate materials and activities to encourage independent learning
