Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum following early childhood education standards.

  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Plan and conduct activities that encourage language development, motor skills, and social interaction.

  • Observe and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.

  • Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.

  • Develop and enforce classroom rules to teach appropriate behavior and responsibility.

  • Collaborate with parents and provide regular updates on child progress and any concerns.

  • Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners.

  • Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in teaching preschool-aged children is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of child psychology and development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

  • Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred).
