Your Role

In this role, you will take presentation design to the next level: with a strong focus on high-impact pitch presentations, visual storytelling, and brand-driven communication. You will be part of an experienced, international design team and work closely with new business and client service teams to create compelling visual narratives that help win new clients.

Your core responsibility is the design, development, and optimization of professional PowerPoint presentations, particularly for pitches and high-level management meetings. Beyond classic slide design, you contribute creative concepts, motion and animation ideas, and a strong visual point of view that elevates content into memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• You design and develop high-end PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on pitches, storytelling, and visual clarity.
• You translate complex content, data, and strategies into clear, engaging, and persuasive visuals.
• You manage the full presentation design process end-to-end, from visual concept and narrative structure to final delivery, feedback loops, and deadlines.
• You collaborate closely with pitch leads, strategists, and cross-functional teams as a key design partner.
• You create and maintain presentation templates, masters, and layout systems in line with corporate and client brand guidelines.
• You design custom visuals such as icons, infographics, charts, image compositions, and retouched photography to support presentation narratives.
• You bring presentations to life through thoughtful animations and transitions; basic to advanced motion design skills are highly valued.
• You contribute to pitch branding and, where needed, related visual assets across digital and physical touchpoints.
• You support and inspire the team through your experience, quality mindset, and structured way of working.

What You Bring

• You have more than five years of professional experience in presentation design, branding, or graphic design, ideally with a strong pitch or agency background.
• You are highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, including master creation, complex layouts, animations, and presentation logic.
• You have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus).
• You possess a refined visual sense for composition, color, typography, and imagery, and you design with purpose and audience in mind.
• You understand storytelling, dramaturgy, and how to guide an audience through a visual narrative.
• You work independently, stay calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver high quality under tight deadlines.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills and very good to fluent English.
• You have an interest in innovation and new tools, ideally with initial experience or curiosity around AI-based content creation (e.g. text-to-image, motion, voice) within a presentation or video context.
• Experience in motion design, animation, or video is highly appreciated.
