Job Description Develop requisite infrastructure to support the Group’s global vision in the areas of Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality. Provide overall management guidance to Operations and Manufacturing to ensure that shipment plans / customer delivery schedules are met with Partner with MD / CEO in the development of strategies for penetrating emerging markets. Strategize and implement plans for achieving the targeted TL/BL numbers, slated capacity utilization, product output within the budgeted cost, time and delivery parameters. Implement manufacturing operations strategy in alignment with company plan and customer needs. Key Skills Required Should have a self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients. Lead by example and keep the team motivated at all times. Shoud have managed Manufacturing Head role for a company with turnover of 5000 crores or more before. Independent and self-motivated, yet also team-oriented. Should be responsible for managing the premium on premise accounts of the region.
