Position: Press Brake Operator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM
Pay Range: $26–$34 per hour, depending on experienceAbout the RoleWe’re searching for a skilled Press Brake Operator who can bring precision and efficiency to our production floor. This position requires someone with strong technical knowledge, proven experience working with press brakes, and the ability to consistently deliver accurate, high-quality parts. The right person will be detail-driven, safety-focused, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor press brake machines to form metal components to exact specifications. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and job instructions to ensure accuracy. Conduct inspections and use measurement tools to verify product quality. Adjust equipment as needed to improve performance and maintain consistency. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times. Work with peers and supervisors to achieve production targets. QualificationsSolid background operating press brakes with proven hands-on experience. Ability to understand and apply technical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of tooling, machine setup, and material properties. Strong focus on detail and dedication to producing quality work.
