Job Title: Press Brake Operator/Setter
Reporting To: Production Manager
Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am to 2:30pm and Friday 6am to 1:30pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Press Brake Operator/Setter to join HTA Group in Coventry, part of the award-winning WEC Group—one of the UK's leading engineering firms with over 45 years of private ownership and sustained growth.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are keen to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic and expanding engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings
  • Accurately record all job bookings
  • Complete operations within allocated timeframes
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Visually inspect components to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Undertake first-off inspections as needed
