Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Franklin, OH. This role offers competitive pay and the chance to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)Responsibilities:

Operate press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal and plates per specifications and blueprints.

Choose appropriate punches and dies, calculate tonnage and bend factors.

Set up tooling and fixtures for various bending operations.
