Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications

  • Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job

  • Load and unload sheet metal into the machine

  • Adjust machine settings for different material thicknesses and angles

  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of bends

  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition

  • Inspect finished products for quality compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

    • KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role

  • Proficient in operating press brake machines and related tools

  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
