Job Description Job Description Mancan is working with a company in Berlin seeking a press operator. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance. 3rd shift: Monday-Friday 12am-8am. Pay: $16 per hour Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate molding presses for rubber and plastic components. - Monitor and control press settings and cycles to ensure product quality and consistency. - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. - Trim, clean, or otherwise finish molded parts as required.
