Location: Columbiana, OH
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: Swing or 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift for one month)
Starting Pay: $18.50/hour $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
Overtime: May be required, including occasional Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, die alignment) as needed Load materials into the press and ensure proper alignment and operation Inspect finished parts for defects, accuracy, and quality using measuring tools Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of press machinery Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns Regularly lift and move items up to 75 lbs Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all timesBenefits Package: Health and Life Insurance He...
