We are seeking a skilled Sheetfed Press Operator to join our team. The role involves running a Sheetfed Press and providing training to the team on its operation. You will be working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of high-impact catalogs and other printed materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and manage a Sheetfed Press, ensuring smooth production.
+ Lead a crew of two, with prior experience preferred.
+ Perform administrative duties such as maintaining quality checklists, layout sheets, target sheets, file folders, color proofs, and job tickets.
+ Conduct pre-production checks by understanding job tickets and specifications, and entering job details into the system.
+ Set up the coater with appropriate coatings and blankets as needed.
+ Ensure product quality by matching color proofs and monitoring throughout the run.
