Nesco Resource is in search of a skilled CNC Router for a local wood manufacture in Caldwell County, NC
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine dimensions, tooling, materials, and cutting sequences.
• Load and secure raw wood materials and panels onto the router table.
• Set up machines, install router bits, calibrate tools, and adjust machine settings for each job.
• Monitor production runs, perform test cuts, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
Job Summary
Skilled CNC Router Operator to join a woodworking manufacturing team. The operator will cut, shape, and fabricate wood components used in furniture, cabinetry, millwork, and custom wood products. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings and operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
• Program and operate CNC routers to produce wood components according to project specifications.• Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine dimensions, tooling, materials, and cutting sequences.
