Shift: (Night Shift) 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM | Sunday – Thursday

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate pasta production equipment to meet daily output goals and quality standards


• Monitor press and dryer settings, troubleshoot stoppages, and make necessary adjustments


• Perform shape and ingredient changeovers based on production schedules


• Maintain production logs, quality check sheets, and ingredient usage records


• Handle machine cleanups, pasta inspections, and sample collections for lab testing


• Operate and maintain dies and ingredient hoppers, and assist with die room duties as needed


• Work in a high-heat, dusty environment with regular lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, climbing, and standing throughout your shift
