Responsibilities for a Press Operator include but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for the operation and manual setup/changeovers of multi-color sheet fed or high speed continuous/web presses.
+ Perform a complete effective set-up of press including mounting plates, mixing PMS ink, and making adjustments to ink and water balance.
+ Determine and understand all order instructions and run press, meeting job requirements of ink density, color matching, and size at required quality.
+ Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical break...
