Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for a Press Setup Operator position in Hamilton, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or machine setup experience who are safety-focused and detail-oriented.
Position Summary
The Press Setup Operator is responsible for setting up and operating saws and production equipment according to print specifications and shop orders while meeting quality, safety, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate Press to meet production and quality requirements
Inspect products using measuring tools and perform rework as needed
Maintain production documentation and follow ISO and safety procedures
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
Assist with training new employees and support production needs
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
