Job Description

Overview

Responsible for managing and administering Preventative Controls for the Sanitation programs. To effectively support and continually improve the Quality and Food Safety Management System. This position is responsible for ensuring the appropriate food safety policies and procedures are utilized in the manufacture of products in order to meet regulatory, customer, and consumer requirements.

  • Working ShiftSecond shift - 3 pm to 11 pm

  • Responsibilities

  • Driver of Food Safety/ Sanitation programs, including but not limited to: FSMA compliance (including Preventive Control documentation), Cleaning & Verification, Self- Inspections, Corrective Actions, Maintenance, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hygienic Zoning
  • Leading and directing Preventive Control Technicians in your designated area.
  • Lead process improvement of Primary Pathogen Control Areas (PPCA) for cleaning and sanitation.
