Prevention and Awareness Coordinator

Are you passionate about advocating for safer, more inclusive communities? The Naomi Society is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Prevention and Awareness Coordinator to lead community education and outreach initiatives aimed at eliminating gender-based violence and violence against women. In this impactful role, you will work closely with staff and community partners to raise awareness about gender-based violence, deliver educational sessions focused on prevention, and foster community engagement to build safer, more informed communities across Antigonish and Guysborough Counties.We're looking for someone with a strong background in social services, education, or communications who brings creativity, empathy, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence.
