Job Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the development and implementation of maintenance plans, ensuring optimal equipment performance and reducing downtime. You will also lead the planning, programming, and coordination of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• GMAO Development: Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory levels, and technician schedules.
