Key Responsibilities
Review and verify sales quotes before approval Process approved quotes into orders and maintain accurate records Update pricing data, logs, and customer information Assist with reporting on quotes, turnaround times, and workflow Liaise with sales to clarify missing info Provide general commercial and admin support About You
We’re looking for someone motivated, curious, and eager to learn, ideally with:
A completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and confidence to engage with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn commercial systems. Any prior experience in a commercial, finance or operational role is advantageous.
