Overview

Prepare air, ocean, & expedited domestic quotes via automated bid boards; assist with RFQ bids and reporting analysis. May be required to support International and Domestic operations, time permitting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor client bid board(s) and provide accurate & timely spot quotations for air, ocean, and expedited domestic opportunities 
  • Prepare and put all quotes into CargoWise, AS
  • Work with station manager & vertical lead to meet client expectations and profitability goals
  • Work with airlines to negotiate and get spot rates and or establish contract or tariff rates for specific origin and destination pairs
  • Are pricing SME relative to designated bid board clients
  • Provide regular performance reports to management team
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.
