Key Responsibilities-
Part of Pricing team supporting strategic pricing decisions and supporting high-value bids.DevelopIing and maintaining financial models (Profit and Loss, cash flow) for Requests for Proposals (RFP) and commercial bids.Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Technical teams to define pricing requirements and assess risks and its mitigationDevelop a Rate Card simulator, reducing deal preparation time by 30%. Prepare financial models for Fixed Price Project (FPP), Time and Material (TNM), and Fixed Capacity Pl an (FCP).Business Partnering with Sales, delivery, business managers to identify and implement cost-effective solutions.Managing cost data (salaries, direct costs, allowances, visas, overheads) for accurate pricing. Communication of pricing models, costs, and assumptions to business teams. Create deal dashboards for management review (Sector Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer), reducing review time by 20%.Commercial pricing proposals based on customer-specification.
