Location- Pune


Key Responsibilities-

  • Part of Pricing team supporting strategic pricing decisions and supporting high-value bids.

  • DevelopIing and maintaining financial models (Profit and Loss, cash flow) for Requests for Proposals (RFP) and commercial bids.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Technical teams to define pricing requirements and assess risks and its mitigation

  • Develop a Rate Card simulator, reducing deal preparation time by 30%. 

  • Prepare financial models for Fixed Price Project (FPP), Time and Material (TNM), and Fixed Capacity Pl an (FCP).

  • Business Partnering with Sales, delivery, business managers to identify and implement cost-effective solutions.

  • Managing cost data (salaries, direct costs, allowances, visas, overheads) for accurate pricing. 

  • Communication of pricing models, costs, and assumptions to business teams. 

  • Create deal dashboards for management review (Sector Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer), reducing review time by 20%.

  • Commercial pricing proposals based on customer-specification.
