Pricing Analyst
**THE POSITION**
**MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The pricing analyst collects, organizes, and interprets data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making by working closely with Pricing peers to identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-driven strategies.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. **Pricing Data Analysis**
+ Gather and maintain pricing data ensuring accuracy and reliability including competitive data.
+ Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategies.
+ Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
+ Ensure data integrity by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in datasets.
+ Support Grey Market investigations by collecting data from relevant tools (BO, SAP, etc.)
1. **Process & Tools optimization**
+ Structure, optimize and simplify the pricing processes to reduce the manual tasks.
+ Improve current tools & build new tools to support a growing scope of the team
+ Develop more efficient tools of collaboration with all the markets and brands
+ Process Optimization: Recommend and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and enhance business processes.
+ Strong Skill to master tools such as Excel, Access & PowerBI
**PROFILE**
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
+ Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
+ 4+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, finance/ controlling department, or pricing department.
+ Proven experience in an international FMCG or beauty environment.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
+ Strong analytical skills/ Business & Problem solving oriented
+ Good financial and/or pricing principles and business understanding
+ Structured, pragmatic, and proactive.
+ Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
+ Fluent in English; other languages appreciated.
