Overview

As Pricing and Contract Specialist you will manage the end-to-end customer pricing offer process, ensuring its correct preparation, follow-up, approval, and upload into the ERP system, as well as coordinating price increases and providing basic support in public tenders and service contracts, in coordination with the relevant departments.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of the commercial offer process
  • Management and coordination of price increases
  • Price analysis and analytical support to commercial activities
  • Coordination with Order Management to ensure alignment between prices, offers, and orders
  • Support in public tenders
  • Document and contract management
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Marketing
  • Primary region: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), with potential extension to EMEA
  • Fixed term contract 1 year
