About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced commercially focussed analyst with relevant experience in either FMCG or retail category analytics to join our team and support business objectives by providing actionable insights. If you see yourself adding value by understanding and interpreting data and then translating it into simple actions – then this is the role for you!

Job Description

• Providing insights on product categories, identifying trends, best sellers and basket reviews.
• Creating forecast models, relying on your understanding of the drivers of growth and developing appropriate pricing and range strategies.
• Creating weekly campaign reporting and post‑campaign analysis to inform the business on future category activity.
• Identifying and presenting recommendations and actionable insights to various levels of stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders and peers.

Qualifications and Skills

Work experience in a commercially focussed analyst position is essential – even better if that experience has been in a retail or franchise environment. You have strong analytical skills, relevant experience using Power BI and SQL, and feel confident in those domains. You pride yourself on your exceptional attention to detail and quality work.

You will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, with multiple stakeholders across all levels in the business. You are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing, and you can modify your presentation style to suit your audience. You enjoy working independently as well as collaboratively within the team and have excellent organisational and time management skills.
