Job Overview
We are looking for a highly structured operator to build our complete supplier pricing system inside Excel (hosted on SharePoint).
The goal:
Create a master pricing database that allows us to instantly reconstruct, calculate, and backtrack any quote — including custom-made products.
This system will serve as the foundation for our AI-powered quotation automation tool.
This is not a simple data-entry task.
You will speak with suppliers and internal team members to gather accurate information, define pricing logic, and structure everything into a scalable system.
Our suppliers are international (not only Chinese).
