Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee index and spot market operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor market movements, index calculations, and corporate actions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trading teams, and external vendors
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk frameworks
- Analyze market data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced certifications in finance or risk management are a plus
