Job Description

The Pricing & Sales Operations Manager will own the strategic pricing function, sales operations enablement, and sales forecasting for Casinetto's B2B (Salesforce, SAP B1) and B2C channels, as well as the Artisan Manufacturing function and all regional branches including UAE, KSA, and the upcoming Bahrain branch.

Responsibilities Pricing Strategy & Management
  • Develop and maintain B2B, B2C, and manufacturing pricing policies, discount guidelines, and promotional strategies across UAE, KSA, and Bahrain
  • Set and manage transfer prices for ingredients from Casinetto to Artisan Manufacturing
  • Monitor margins at both raw material and finished goods level
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing segments in each market
