THE POSITION

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Pricing Manager is responsible for executing elements of the company’s pricing strategy strongly collaborating with regions/ markets and global brand teams ensuring coherence with global guidance and taking interventions when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pricing Strategy
  • Support the Global Pricing Strategy Design for existing Portfolio and New Initiatives for all Coty’s Brands

  • Work on RSP recommendation for new launches as per brand strategy and global finance guidance.

  • Harmonize Pricing Strategy setup between CB & LUX categories
  • Coordination with Regional and Local Commercial teams
  • Organize and coordinate the annual pricing process with major Local Markets and Global Teams

  • Ensure consistency and integrity of pricing data as well as respect of timing and deadlines

  • Follow-up pricing deviations including country & channel corrections (i.e. Pricing Strategy)
  • Pricing culture
  • Train & support markets to use properly the tools and processes

  • Partner with global and regional functions involved with the global pricing strategy setup (global marketing, regional pricing, Global VD, etc.)
  • PROFILE

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, finance/ controlling department, or pricing department.

  • Proven experience in an international FMCG or beauty environment.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong financial and/or pricing principles and business understanding

  • Analytical mindset/ Business & Problem solving oriented

  • Structured, pragmatic, and proactive.

  • Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
