THE POSITION
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Pricing Manager is responsible for executing elements of the company’s pricing strategy strongly collaborating with regions/ markets and global brand teams ensuring coherence with global guidance and taking interventions when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing Strategy Support the Global Pricing Strategy Design for existing Portfolio and New Initiatives for all Coty’s BrandsWork on RSP recommendation for new launches as per brand strategy and global finance guidance.Harmonize Pricing Strategy setup between CB & LUX categories Coordination with Regional and Local Commercial teams Organize and coordinate the annual pricing process with major Local Markets and Global TeamsEnsure consistency and integrity of pricing data as well as respect of timing and deadlinesFollow-up pricing deviations including country & channel corrections (i.e. Pricing Strategy) Pricing culture Train & support markets to use properly the tools and processes Partner with global and regional functions involved with the global pricing strategy setup (global marketing, regional pricing, Global VD, etc.) PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.4+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, finance/ controlling department, or pricing department.Proven experience in an international FMCG or beauty environment. REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong financial and/or pricing principles and business understandingAnalytical mindset/ Business & Problem solving orientedStructured, pragmatic, and proactive.Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
