We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Pricing team.

What You'll do

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make a real contribution in the following activities:

Support in Solutions related operations for Countries with specific focus on Italy
Margin evaluations of sales opportunities
Support in coordination of team projects
Support sales force in providing Pricing KPIs for Italy and Southern Europe
Update of our main KPIs reports
Evaluate and handle Sales Force discount requests
Support in presentation preparation, training sessions

You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Ssales
You’re fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, ready to connect in an international context.
You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and know how to turn data into insights and ideas into clear, impactful presentations.
