Pricing Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Pricing Manager – Sea Freight (Export) for our client in the Freight Forwarding industry , based at Vashi, Navi Mumbai . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in export pricing , negotiations with shipping lines, and developing competitive pricing strategies to support business growth.

This is a senior-level role requiring deep market knowledge, analytical skills, and close coordination with sales, operations, and overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pricing and negotiations with shipping lines and overseas agents.

• Source competitive rates from multiple carriers to support customer requirements.

• Ensure prompt and timely responses to all pricing enquiries.

• Convert pricing enquiries into profitable business opportunities.

• Support sales teams with best freight options for new and existing customers.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for import/export sea freight shipments.

• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes impacting pricing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, with strong focus on Sea Freight Pricing (Export) .

• In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations, tariffs, and shipping line charges.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proven experience in implementing successful pricing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Salary:

₹8 – ₹10 Lakh per annum

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
