Business Context National role within BSH. You will act as the central pricing authority and profit guardian in a highly competitive, promotion-heavy industry with complex multi-channel distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry CM1 / contribution margin responsibility for India ,stretching yearly CM1 targets and deliver sustainable +3–8 pp improvement
  • Continuously optimize CM1, reduction of unjustified discounts, range & mix steering and renegotiation of trade terms
  • Design and drive the quarterly off-invoice pricing target deployment and execution.
  • Ensure rigorous execution and compliance of off-invoice budgets together with Sales, Key Account Management and Finance teams. Own monthly leakage reporting and immediate corrective actions<...
