    Primary Light Board Operator / Swing Light Board Operator - Part Time REPORTS TO:

• Lighting Supervisor GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB FUNCTION: The Light Board Operator Position for Hale Centre Theatre will provide assistance in the daily show operations as well as operate the lighting console for assigned shows.


• The purpose of the position is to help maintain the show consistency from opening night to closing night.
• Skills needed to perform well in this position include (but are not limited to) basic electrical wiring, experience with DMX, Wireless, LED decoders, and other lighting control systems.
• Knowledge and programming skills of ETC Eos family lighting consoles, ability to read a light plot and hang a rig accordingly.
• Troubleshooting skills of console, fixture malfunction and any custom show equipment.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
