Job Description

We are working closely with a nurturing and well-organised Gateshead primary school that is looking for a Qualified KS1 Teacher (QTS) to join their team on a long-term basis.

The school has a calm learning environment, strong TA support, and leadership that prioritises staff development and wellbeing.

The Role:


  • Teaching a KS1 class


  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum


  • Monitoring and supporting pupil progress


  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment


  • Working alongside experienced teaching assistants
