Job Description

• Gathers requirements from the Business and develop technical solutions in Primavera and SAP PS
• Performs Primavera and SAP PS configuration to meet business requirements
• Provides day to day production Primavera support for the North American region
• Provides support and knowledge transfer to SME's and End-users
• Performs unit testing of Primavera and SAP PS changes
• Manage IS/IT Projects assigned by Team Leader or I.T. management
• Independently solve complex technical issues in Primavera and SAP PS
• Day to day monitoring of business issues and resolutions related to Primavera and SAP PS
• Engage with broader team members to identify and resolve technical issues
• Conduct defined processes and solutions, such as compliance to escalation procedures and customer support processes
