**Job Functions**:
- Supervise offsite Pricing Team and their daily responsibilities (Including but not limited to the items listed below)
- Oversee the pricing of all product types
- Creation and maintenance of customer promotions and catalogs
- Creation and maintenance of customer spec sheets
- Analyzing and resolving daily EDI Errors
- Analyzing and resolving daily pricing holds
- Analyzing and pricing custom requests from the Customer Care Department
- Analyze and resolve all customer pricing chargebacks
- Maintain the gross margin tables by account and brand
- Oversee and maintain periodic gold lock calendars
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience in the Navision Dynamics ERP system is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Skills in problem solving and trouble shooting.
**Experience and education**:
- BS or BA in either Accounting, Finance or Business
