Overview

The Opportunity: Work closely with a diverse, high-calibre team to shape the long-term direction of Gold Fields. In this pivotal role within Corporate Development, you’ll make a meaningful impact by delivering clear, insightful analysis that informs group-wide strategic priorities.

You’ll contribute by collaborating across business units to assess market trends, help define and support delivery of our global strategy, contribute to the development of strategic plans for each asset within our portfolio, and deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s global position.
