About the Role: Principal Architect & DigitalTech Evangelist

We are looking for a visionary Principal Architect and Digital Technology Evangelist who is both a hands-on expert and an early adopter of new technologies. This role involves leading the design and implementation of advanced digital solutions using Data, IoT, AI/ML, Cloud, Mobility, and Distributed Systems.

The ideal candidate is a technopreneur someone who combines strong technical knowledge with business understanding. You will help modernize traditional IT systems and build scalable, future-ready architectures across multiple industries.

As a panelist, you'll evaluate the candidate's ability to:

• Design enterprise-level solutions using modern tech
• Apply innovation across different domains (Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.)
• Lead teams and mentor others in new technologies
• Balance technical design with business impact

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Solution Leadership : Architect and deploy verticalized Data, IoT, AI/ML, and omnichannel solutions for enterprise clients.
• Full-Stack Innovation : Hands-on development experience with disruptive technology stacks including AI, Cloud, Edge Computing, and Blockchain.
• IT Modernization : Lead the transformation of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
• Pre-Sales & Evangelism : Act as a trusted advisor for clients by creating Proofs of Value (PoVs), technical demos, and strategic digital adoption roadmaps.
• Technopreneurship : Identify whitespace opportunities, incubate innovative digital products, and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Cross-Vertical Expertise : Design and implement solutions across industries including Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, EdTech, and Media.
• Mentorship : Guide engineering teams in Agile/DevOps methodologies and promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
